Using constructive dialogue mechanisms with other domestic and international opposition forces in order to create convergence and coordination during the transitional process.

Continuing the drafting of a transitional constitution, in collaboration with the council’s legal experts, and presenting it to both the international community and Iranian society for consideration and acceptance.

Providing regular and transparent information about the council’s goals, manifesto, and programs through official spokespersons.

Observing strict security principles to protect the lives of members, maintaining confidentiality regarding the identities of internal members until appropriate conditions allow disclosure, and communicating publicly only through the council’s official public relations channels.
